Annual St. Peter’s
Pancake Breakfast in support of ASA
On Sunday, September 11th, The Knights
of Columbus will be hosting a breakfast at St. Peter’s Church. Please remember to turn in money from sold tickets as
well as all unsold tickets. We need to track this so that we may
apply it towards your fundraising quota. The complete cost of the ticket
can be applied towards your fundraising requirement of $350/child. You
must turn in the money and unused tickets to the office to get fundraising
credit.
Volunteer
at the breakfast! If you are new to the All Saints Academy family, this is
a good time to meet people by working the breakfast. The students help too – it’s
a great way for them to provide service to their community.
All
hours go towards your family’s 15 volunteer hours/year. We're using
SignUp.com (the leading online SignUp and reminder tool) to organize our
upcoming SignUps.
Here's how it works in 3 easy
steps:
2) Review the options listed
and choose the spot(s) you like.
3) Sign up! It's Easy - you
will NOT need to register an account or keep a password on SignUp.com.
Note: SignUp.com does not share
your email address with anyone. If you prefer not to use your email address,

When Are Parent

All Parent
grade-level meetings will be this coming Tuesday, September 13th. These

prior to conferences and hear specifics for each grade. The evening
will begin at 6:00 pm in the cafeteria for a brief overall school
meeting. Parents will then proceed to grade-level meetings in the
classrooms. Grade level teachers will be making the same presentation twice
during the evening in classrooms at 6:30 & again at 7:00 pm. Teachers
will answer questions you have about school. We hope you are able to attend.

* School Speak is a school online
management system that ASA uses. It is a secure portal that allows
us to store information and communicate with our families.
If you are new to All Saints
Academy or have never logged onto School Speak you need to create a
password. Please contact the office, 251-5295 so that we may send
you instructions via your email. Due to security issues, the
email will only stay in your inbox for a few days. For those who have used
School Speak, the username & password you had last year is still the same.
We would like all parents to log
in and update their profile, too. This technology allows us to
provide more information, communicate with parents and offer useful tools for
everyone who is a member of our school community.
*Playground Volunteers:
Our goal is to have two parents who have children in PreK – 6th grade,
on the playground every day to assist school staff with the recess

will need to be completed.
For the added safety of our
children we ask that all families volunteer for recess supervision 2-3 times
per year. A schedule will be available for families to sign up. If
you find your schedule doesn’t allow you to volunteer for Recess Duty, you may
opt out by paying $50 which goes towards our paid staff.
