The evening will begin at 6:00 pm in the cafeteria for a brief overall school meeting. Parents will then proceed to grade-level meetings in the classrooms. Grade level teachers will be making the same presentation twice during the evening in classrooms at 6:30 & again at 7:00 pm. Teachers will answer questions you have about school. Annual St. Peter’s Pancake Breakfast in support of ASA-St. Cloud
On Sunday, September 24th, The Knights of Columbus is hosting a breakfast at St. Peter’s Church. The cost is $8/person, children ages 5 and under are free. All proceeds will go to ASA! Each year we ask parents/families to help working this breakfast and/or selling tickets. Eight tickets will be sent home in next week in an envelope. The complete cost of the ticket can be applied towards your fundraising requirement of $350/child. Only advance sales tickets can be counted towards your fundraising goal. Tickets sold at the breakfast cannot be tracked for fundraising.
Volunteer at the breakfast! If you are new to the All Saints Academy family, this is a good time to meet people by working the breakfast. The students help too – it’s a great way for them to provide service to their community. All hours go towards your family’s 15 volunteer hours/year. There will be a signup.com link in next week’s newsletter that you can use to volunteer for this event.
