Extravaganza:  A Night for All Saints Academy – Tickets available.

NEW NEWS
Catholic Schools Week January 29 – February 4
The kick-off mass at St. Paul’s is Saturday, January 28th at 4:30 pm followed by a Simple Supper in the cafeteria. Everyone is invited to attend.  We want a great ASA presence at this Saturday mass so consider joining us Saturday evening. Enjoy a simple dinner with other ASA families & supporters afterwards.

Tourist/Vacation Day is Monday – have your student wear “vacation” attire!  Please remember that all clothing must meet dress code requirements.  (Students will be going outside for recess if the temperature cooperates so winter weather appropriate clothing needs to be worn at recess.)  Please refer to the packet that was sent home 2 weeks ago regarding the schedule.  If you haven’t turned in your bowling slip, please do ASAP!

The packet is also available on School Speak under Catholic Schools Week.

Knights of Columbus Free Throw Competition
The annual free throw competition will be held next Friday, Feb. 3rd immediately after mass in the gym.  The competition is open to all 9 – 14 year olds.  If your child has not already signed up, please have them see their homeroom teacher for a registration form.

Extravaganza is Saturday, February 4th
Our largest, most important Fundraiser of the year – our 5th annual Extravaganza for All Saints Academy at the St. Cloud Campus again!  This “not-to be missed” event features a strolling, heavy appetizer buffet, silent, live auctions, our important Fund-A-Need and the band “Outdoor Recess.”   Two tickets came home for purchase.  We hope you’ll be able to attend.  Tickets are $50/person.  If you plan on using the tickets, please send your check to school indicating you are purchasing Extravaganza tickets.

Cathedral’s Cure for Cabin Fever is also on Sat., Feb.4th.  If you are looking for a babysitter, Cathedral Student Ambassadors are ready to take your kids while you enjoy yourself at Extravaganza!  Your children will enjoy snacks & activities at Cathedral.  Cost is $10/child from 6:00 – 9:00 pm.  All families must preregister at least 24 hours before the event.  Walk-ins will be charged $20/child.  To preregister, visit cathedralcrusaders.org!

Saturday, 4:30 pm mass at St. Paul’s! Start your evening off by joining St. Paul’s for mass and sleep in on Sunday! It’s only a short 50 foot walk from church to Extravaganza!

The fun begins at 5:30 pm with live music beginning at 8:45 pm.  But we need YOU And your guests! Ticket price for the event is $50/person and it counts towards your family fundraising dollars.

Never attended before?  New parent?  Like last year, ASA parents attending for the first time will be offered ½ price tickets as a little incentive to “check out Extravaganza.”  Just let us know when you turn in your ticket payment.

RSVP to Marissa Bristow at 251-5295 or marissa.bristow@allsaintsmn.org.

Riddler's Escape Rooms will be at the Extravaganza.
They are a live-action, immersive game. Groups enter a theme-filled room to solve the secrets and secure the power crystal before time runs out. A mini-version of the escape room will be at the event for adventurers to try. Teams consist of 4-6 people and is $10 per person to participate.  Donations will be accepted and benefit All Saints Academy Schools.  For questions, contact Amie at info@riddlersescape.com or 888-64-RIDDLER.  www.RiddlersEscape.com
