NEW
NEWS
Catholic Schools Week January 29 – February 4
Last week, a Catholic Schools Week Packet came home
in Thursday folders. Please make sure to
look it over. There are a couple of pieces
the school needs returned to the office, specifically the bowling fee & our
kick-off mass participation.
There will be a
kick-off mass at St. Paul’s, Saturday, January 28th at 4:30 pm
followed by a Simple Supper in the cafeteria. We will be asking for a great ASA
presence at this Saturday mass, we hope you’ll get this on your calendar and
attend. Please refer to the pink flyer
in your packet.
Some events include
dress up days as well as bowling (blue flyer), an evening at The Skatin’ Place,
CAP Day and much more!
(Preschool students
will not be bowling.) Everyone is
welcome to join us for our mass on Friday, February 3rd at St. Paul’s. We will cap the week with our Extravaganza
celebration. The complete schedule for Catholic Schools Week is included in your
youngest child’s folder last week.
The packet is also
available on School Speak under Catholic Schools Week.
Extravaganza is Saturday, February 4th
Our largest, most important
Fundraiser of the year – our 5th annual Extravaganza for All Saints
Academy at the St. Cloud Campus again!
This “not-to be missed” event features a strolling, heavy appetizer
buffet, silent, live auctions, our important Fund-A-Need and the band “Outdoor Recess.” Two
tickets came home last week for purchase.
We hope you’ll be able to attend. If you plan on using the tickets, please send
your check to school indicating you are purchasing Extravaganza tickets.
Saturday, 4:30 pm mass at St. Pauls!
Start your evening off by joining St. Paul’s for mass and sleep in on Sunday!
It’s only a short 50 foot walk from church to Extravaganza!
The fun begins at 5:30 pm with live music beginning at 8:45 pm. But we need YOU And your guests! Ticket price for the event is $50/person and it counts towards your family fundraising dollars.
Never attended before? New
parent? Like last year, ASA parents
attending for the first time will be offered ½ price tickets as a little
incentive to “check out Extravaganza.”
Just let us know when you turn in your ticket payment.
Riddler's Escape Rooms will
be at the Extravaganza
Riddler's Escape Rooms will be at the Extravaganza. They are a live-action, immersive game. Groups enter a theme-filled room to solve the secrets and secure the power crystal before time runs out. A mini-version of the escape room will be at the event for adventurers to try. Teams consist of 4-6 people and is $10 per person to participate. Donations will be accepted and benefit All Saints Academy Schools. For questions, contact Amie at info@riddlersescape.com or 888-64-RIDDLER. www.RiddlersEscape.com

BULLETIN
BOARD
·
Families can check their fund raising dollars on School Speak at any time. In order to meet our annual budget at ASA we
offer opportunities for families to fundraise and meet their goal of
$350/student. Please take the time to
check how much your family has raised towards your fund raising commitment. This will help you determine how much you
need to fund raise for the remainder of the year. Our next fund raiser is the Extravaganza on
February 4th.
· Family Lunch
accounts need to be kept up to date. Families will receive notice if their balance
is at or below $-10.00. Your cooperation with this matter is most appreciated.
·
