Spring Picnic
Please mark your calendar for the Spring Picnic TODAY, May 17th. Spring Picnic is our opportunity to celebrate the year and enjoy fellowship together. Games, food, and social begins at 5 pm. Be sure to turn in your family RSVP to the office along with your $10.00 to cover food and inflatables. This event is sponsored by our Parent Activities Committee.
Spring Picnic Volunteers Needed
PAC is in need of volunteers for the Spring Picnic. Please use the directions below to help with the picnic. This is a great opportunity if you still have not met the 15-hour volunteer requirement for the school year. You will meet some great people while volunteering!

Enrollment for the 2018-2019 School Year
All Saints Academy is accepting new family admissions. Tell your friends about ASA and the rigorous academic learning provided. If you know of a family that is interested in touring our building, please have them call 251-5295 and schedule a tour with Mrs. Paula Leider. Families may apply for financial aid once they are enrolled.
We have room in all grades including all-day preschool!
Mary Goenner Reception
There will be a reception this Sunday, May 20th in St. Peter’s gym from 9 – 10:30 am (after 8 am mass) for Mary Goenner. Everyone is invited for cake and coffee and thank Mrs. Goenner for all she years of service to ASA & SPPM.
6th Grade Graduation
Our 6th grade graduation mass will be Wednesday, May 30th at 8:15 am. The informational letter for 6th grade parents is coming home today in your 6th grader’s Thursday folders. Please make sure to read the letter. All questions should be directed to the graduation committee co-chairs, Pam McBroom, Ann Herold & Lisa Dingmann.
Congratulations to the Fastest 7 year-old in MN
Congratulations goes out to Cecilia J. She ran the mile in 6 minutes 39 seconds so she now holds the record for all 7 year-olds in the state of Minnesota! She ran the Medtronic Twin Cities one-mile race along with some of her sisters last week.
Congratulations to Band Students
Congratulations to all the CCS band students who put on a fantastic concert this Tuesday night! If YOUR child is interested in joining band for next year, there’s still time to sign up! All eligible new band students had a chance to try out the instruments last week and received a form to bring home and join band. If you did not receive this form for any reason, or if you’d like more information, please email band director Sean Jacobson at sc.catholicbands@gmail.com, or attend one of the informational meetings held next week to learn more about the CCS band program! Times and locations for informational meetings are listed below:

Library Books Due
All library books are due Friday, May 18 th by the end of the school day. Any lost books should also be paid by May 18 th
Work-A-Thon Make Up Time
Last fall, our Work-a-Thon date got cancelled due to snow and freezing rain. ASA had asked work crews to find dates when you could clean your assigned yards. Many of you asked if work sites could be cleaned in the spring. Please contact your work sites to make arrangements if that was the agreement. The office has received inquiries from parishioners who were slated to have their yards clean.
ASA-SC Is HIRING!
We are looking for a full time Maintenance Custodial Staff person beginning approximately August 1. The position does include every other weekend and approximately 8 hours per week cleaning in the church. Benefits and tuition remission apply. Spiritwear Clearance
Clearance sale on all in-stock spirit wear in the office!! We still have many items available. Most of our supply is youth items, but we do have 2-3 adult small items.
Youth Sweatshirts - $6.00/each
T-shirts - $4.00/each
All adult items - $8.00
We are not taking special orders at this time.
Bulletin Board
St. Peter’s and St. Paul’s is partnering with Atonement Lutheran again this year for Vacation Bible School . Dates for this year are June 11-14. Please call, text, or email Tricia Meling if you’d like to volunteer 612-499-1672 or nolan141@hotmail.com . Registration forms are still available and can be turned in to the school office. Remember it is one form per student.

Please remember that we are a Nut-safe building . All snacks and lunches need to be peanut-free and nut-free. NOTE: Since ingredients change, this list may be updated from time to time – we ask that parents check this list before purchasing snacks throughout the year.
Did you know? Childhood allergic reactions are most likely to happen at school and 50% of reactions were previously unknown to the parents or child. Thank you for helping to keep our school safe for all of our students.
