NOTE: New information will be under New News. Previously published information will be located under Bulletin Board.

NEW NEWS
Library Books due Tomorrow May 26th
All Library books are due by Friday, May 26th or fines must be paid by that date.  Students were informed last week.  If you have a library book in your home, please make sure it gets returned to school by this date.

Cathedral Africa Trip
Thank you to everyone who made a donation or bid on the silent auction baskets at last Thursday’s picnic for the Cathedral Africa trip.  Over $700 was raised.  If you would like to make a donation, please send it with your child to the office by this Friday.  Checks can be made out to Cathedral High School and Dick McMorrow.  They plan on doing great things with your donations!

Plant Sale begins May 30th
ASA is getting a donation of plants to sell, again this spring.  All plants are being donated by Mrs. Warzecka’s mother-in-law.  Plants will be available beginning Tuesday, May 30th in the morning and after school. A variety of plants will be available for either $3 or $5 per pot.  All proceeds will be go towards the CHS Africa trip.

Lost & Found Items
As we find this school year coming to a close, our Lost & Found table is continuing to pile up with items, instead of shrinking down.

Teachers have the students stop at Lost & Found regularly, to check for any of their items, but ASA would like to invite parents to stop in before the end of the year as well.  There are Under Armour sweatshirts, SCSU gear, ASA sweatshirts, water bottles, winter items and so much more!  Please take a moment to browse the Lost & Found area located at the bottom of the stairs by the main entry.  All unclaimed items will be donated to Catholic Charities.

Amazon Smile
Great news!  All Saints Academy is listed as a charitable organization on Amazon Smile.  Whenever you log on to Amazonsmile.com and choose All Saints Academy, Amazon will make a 0.5% donation of your eligible AmazonSmile purchases to our school.  This works a lot like the Target program we used through last year.

In order to take advantage of this benefit, it is important that you enter amazonsmile.com, click on your "charity"-All Saints Academy and then order as usual.  (We receive a quarterly statement indicating a total amount donated to our school.  There is not a breakdown of where it came from, so we cannot apply any amounts to fund raising quotas.)

Family Lunch
Lunch accounts for students need to have a zero balance for their report cards to be mailed out.  You may check your balance on School Speak. Please contact the office if you have questions about your balance.

Thank you from Mrs. Hoon

Thank you to all that stopped in/or send 'good wishes' at my retirement party.  It was so nice to see you all. It was a wonderful celebration for me and my family. Thank you so much. I leave with wonderful memories of ASA (and SPPM)! Blessings....Mrs. Hoon

Crayons for Cancer
6th grade is collecting old, used, broken crayons between now and the end of the school year for Crayons for Cancer.  Please add any donations to the bucket outside of the 6-2 classroom on our 2nd floor.  Feel free to stop by the table at the picnic this evening to learn how these crayons are being used to support kids battling cancer.
