school is in session you will be receiving a link to the “Weekly Parent
Newsletter”. Please read carefully. This will contain All Saints Academy, St.
Cloud news for you and your family.
NOTE: New information will be under New News. Previously
published information will be located under Bulletin Board.
Due to the Ash Wednesday mass, there will not be a Friday
school mass tomorrow, March 3rd.

Open
House
All Saints Academy would like to invite prospective parents to an Open
House for Preschool – 6th grade on Tuesday, March 7th. The
St. Cloud Campus Open House will be ALL DAY 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Please pass the word on to friends, relatives and coworkers who may be
interested in All Saints Academy.
They will be able to spend time and tour our St. Cloud campus and
experience the love and caring displayed by our teachers every day.
Meet the CCS superintendent
finalists
Come meet
the three finalists for superintendent of Catholic Community Schools on
Tuesday, March 7th, at St. Augustine Church, 442 2nd St.
SE, St. Cloud.
The
finalists for superintendent are: Mike Mullin, president of Cathedral in St.
Cloud; Anne Penny, principal of St. Charles Catholic School in Winnipeg,
Manitoba; and Kevin Powers, principal of St. Margaret of Scotland School,
Chicago.
The
candidates will introduce themselves and answer questions during two separate
sessions. The first session, from 1-4 p.m., is for school principals, parents,
parishioners, members of the superintendent search committee and other
stakeholders. The second session, from 6-9 p.m., is for school faculty and
staff, parents, parishioners, the CCS board of directors and other
stakeholders.
Schools participating in Catholic Community Schools are All
Saints Academy (St. Cloud and St. Joseph campuses), Cathedral (St. Cloud), Holy
Cross (Pearl Lake), St. Elizabeth Ann Seton (St. Cloud), St. Francis Xavier
(Sartell), St. Katharine Drexel (St. Cloud), St. Mary Help of Christians (St.
Augusta) and St. Wendelin (Luxemburg).

Fish
Fry is April 7th
Fish Fry envelopes will be coming home next week in
Thursday folders. This will be our last
fund raiser for the year.
We need
all Fish Fry Volunteers – We need everyone’s help to make the Fish fry successful. This year is easier than ever to sign up for
a shift! Go to http://signup.com/go/btbUUa and sign up for your favorite
spot by Friday, March 24th .
Those of
you who have worked in the past know what FUN it is! We hope you
will all join us! All hours will be
applied to your Family Volunteer Quota.
Registration
Registration for the 2017-2018 school year is open
to current families. Today, March 2nd we open up registration to new
families.
An online registration process on School Speak is
offered this year. All families received
information in your child’s Thursday folder last week regarding how current
families can register their children. If
you misplaced your copy, it is available under 2017-2018 Registration.
If you are registering a new student, you will need
to complete a paper registration form at this time. If you have questions,
please contact our office.

· Waite Park Babe Ruth baseball
registration is no available online.
Please go to http://www.waiteparkbaberuth.com to
register your child.
· The SchoolSpeak iPhone App is now available on Apple App Store
(search for SchoolSpeak on App Store.) If you have an iPhone, you can access
School Speak content. You will need your login ID as well as your password. The
app requires Wi-Fi or mobile data connection to log in. All of your home pages
on School Speak will be available. At this time, you cannot update information
such as your profile on the iPhone app. That feature is in the future.
· Families can check their fund raising dollars on School Speak at
any time. In order to meet our annual budget at ASA we offer opportunities for
families to fundraise and meet their goal of $350/student. Please take the time
to check how much your family has raised towards your fund raising commitment.
This will help you determine how much you need to fund raise for the remainder
of the year.
· Family Lunch accounts need to be kept up to date. Families will receive
notice if their balance is at or below $-10.00. Your cooperation with this
matter is most appreciated.
· Sign Up for REMIND: The St. Cloud Campus would like to invite
parents/guardians to sign up for REMIND. REMIND is a safe, free and easy way we
can connect with parents through texting. It allows us to communicate with all
parents instantly. Signing up is done through a unique code to Mrs. Marissa
Bristow. Please text to 612-260-4578 and in the message enter @ef392. It
is that easy. You will be added on to the parent list. If you have signed up
in the past, it is not necessary to sign up again.
·Keep Collecting! - Continue to save Labels For Learning, Labels for Education
(Swansons, Post, and Prego) only the UPC with the point value is accepted, Box
Tops for Education, UPC's from Country Hearth and Village Hearth Products as
part of the Loaves4Learning Program, pop and can tabs, old cell phones and used
ink cartridges. Keep saving!
