Every Thursday school is in

Newsletter”. Please read carefully. This will contain All Saints
Academy, St. Cloud news for you and your family.
There will be no Weekly Parent Newsletter on December 25, 2014 and
January 1, 2015 due to the Christmas Break.
1. All Saints Academy's 5th grade will be celebrating mass at St.
Joseph's Church, Waite Park - TOMORROW, Dec. 12th at 9:00 am everyone
is invited to join the 5th graders and the Waite Park community at St. Joseph’s
Church. Students will be bussed to St. Joseph's. We hope many of you
choose to join our 5th grade. We will also be having our regular school mass at
St. Paul’s Church.
All Saints Academy thanks
our “Pearl of Wisdom” Sponsors.
Today we’d like to thank River City Dental for
helping to make progress like this within our programming and curriculum.
2. FunZone Registration Over Christmas Break – Please note that
FunZone registrations for days during Christmas Break are due in today. If you haven’t gotten yours in please e-mail it now.
Staffing, art projects and activities are based on the number of children
signed-up. It is very important we receive
your registration by the deadline.

will be held on Tuesday, December 16th at 6pm in St. Paul’s Church.
Please mark your calendars.
4. Band Concert - The Band
Concert will be held on Sunday, Dec. 14th at 3:00 pm. It will be held at Holy Angels at Cathedral
High School. All are welcome to attend
and enjoy the Christmas music.
5. Christmas Family Project - As a school, we have “adopted” 4
families in need of assistance and we want to reach out to them during the
Advent season with gifts and household items.
Most of these 8 families live right here among us -- in our own
neighborhoods -- and this is one of the ways that our school tries to live out
its mission to be of service. We have
our Giving Tree set up in the school entryway with ornaments on the trees. Each ornament will name an item desired by
one of the families. Anyone wishing to
purchase that item should sign their name on the master list and take the
ornament. After purchasing the item,
please attach the ornament to the item and return it to school. We ask that you do not wrap the item. You may use gift bags or send wrapping paper
along. Bring your items to school by 8:00
am on Dec. 16th.
6. The Yearbook Needs Your Help – The yearbook committee would like Fall
and Winter sports team pictures for the yearbook. If you have submissions
please e-mail them to Mary Orth at mary.orth@allsaintsmn.org.
7. Lost & Found - Are you missing any sweatshirts or jackets? How
about a pair of mittens or a hat? Please come visit our Lost & Found bin
and table in the hall just outside the office. We have a lot of things that are unclaimed by our students which
have been gathered in our lunchroom, playground, gym and hallway. Please take a
minute and look through the items we have.

are looking for children grades K-7 to be part of our children's chorus for our

the week prior to the performance. The tentative practice day and time

All
Saints Academy has recently developed a new way to keep all parent/child
contact information up-to-date and accessible to all teachers and office
personnel. In order to ensure we have
proper contact info for you, if you have any changes in address, phone
(including home, cell and work), e-mail or names please send these changes to anna.barzeyrobinson@allsaintsmn.org. It would be helpful if you have had any recent
changes that you believe were already given to us, to resubmit them to me so I
